About Daniel Mizere
Daniel Mizere is a linguist, (political) communication expert, keynote speaker and author.
Daniel Mizere works as a spokesperson and communications advisor to several Members of Parliament in the Netherlands. Before that, Daniel worked as a Public Affairs & Communications advisor. In that role, he used his skill set as an interim spokesperson and advisor in the corporate world and provided media and communications training sessions to politicians across the Netherlands. He also spent years in the Royal Netherlands Armed Forces as a communications expert, being deployed to Western Africa several times. He is still an Army Reserves Officer in the field of Communication & Engagement.
Daniel is the author of a Dutch book on political communication, titled 'De taal van leiders: hoe toppolitici communiceren' ('The Language of Leaders: How Top Politicians Communicate'). He is currently working on a second book on political communication - in English - titled 'TikTok Politics: The Dangers of Simple Language and Social Media in Political Communication'. Daniel holds a bachelor's degree in English, French, and Dutch linguistics from the Catholic University of Leuven and earned a master's degree in journalism cum laude from the Free University of Brussels. He provides keynote speeches on (political) communication and offers a wide range of training sessions with the aim of improving the communication skills that any modern-day leader should have.
